Premium tech support is available for paid license holders of DreamCMS products. To access licensed tech support, please consult your confirmation e-mail for your license key. This e-mail also includes a live support telephone number with the extension of your dedicated account rep, as well as a link to submit a support ticket through. Anything regarding Shopify would be handled by their own internal support team which can be accessed here.

Social Media Integrations

It is possible to use DreamCMS as an integration with Facebook pages, as well as Twitter feeds. We do not currently provide technical support for this set up.

Free DreamCMS Users

Although we don't provide support directly to free users, there are many resources across the web including Facebook groups and forums where you can find help.
