Choose the Web Address That's the Right Fit for You

 

 

You can use any domain name with DreamCMS. From gTLDs such as the classic .com, .net, .org, to new gTLDs such as our chosen .website, as well as others such as .blog, .page, .ninja and many more. Here is an example of a .Social domain name in action. We also support country code top level domains (ccTLDs) such as .ca (Canada), .us (United States), .in (India), and many more. Alternatively, you can choose to use a free subdomain like yourblogname.dreamcms.website, which also includes free hosting.

 

Although DreamCMS does not provide domain registration services directly, we have provided some resources which can help secure your name on the web. Pricing and included features vary between the different registrars, however, we've done our best to highlight the pros and cons of each one.

 

The following providers are listed in no particular order.

 

 

Very likely the most popular choice of the bunch. GoDaddy is a behemoth when it comes to domain name registrars, and is currently the largest in the world with over 78 million domain names under management. The cost of a .com domain is $14.99 per year which does not include domain name privacy services. Some users have also reported very heavy upselling during the checkout process.

 

 

The original registrar since the 1990's, now owned by Web.com, Network Solutions is the oldest registrar on the internet. The cost of a .com is $35 per year, making it one of the most expensive registration prices on the internet. Extras such as domain name forwarding and domain name privacy services are add-ons which come at an additional cost. $9.99 per service, which would mean about $55 per year if you want privacy and forwarding.

 

 

Another one of the oldest registrars, register.com is also now owned by Web.com. The cost of a .com here is also $35 per year, making it one of the most costly options. Domain name pricing does not seem to appear on the website and you cannot view the shopping cart without creating an account or logging in.

 

 

One of our favorite domain name registrars. Low prices with lots of extras such as domain forwarding already included. Domain name privacy services are at no cost for the first year, with following years priced at $2.95 in addition to the registration fee. A top pick in our books.

 

 

Another DreamCMS Dream Team favorite. Rock bottom prices, with some excellent promos on select TLDs. A lot of extras are included at no additional cost such as domain name forwarding and even domain name privacy. NameSilo is an excellent choice for registering your own domain name at a low price.
